Finally getting around to this after…a week of being nominated! Thank you to Lina for nominating me! I’m extremely flattered, since hers is one of the blogs that I check on a daily basis, as I’m 100% sure that I’ll always love the content. I’m sure everyone else feels exactly the same way!
The rules are simple.
(1) Thank the blogger who nominated you, link back to their site.
(2) Write a paragraph of something positive about yourself.
(3) Nominate and notify as many bloggers as you wish.
RE: Nominations, everyone I would like to nominate has had dozens…but if you read this, like Lina said, consider yourselves nominated. I’m yet to meet a blogger that doesn’t deserve this award!
Something positive about myself? How does a girl with self esteem issues, crippling depression and a severe anxious temperament manage to be positive about herself?
I guess that’s probably the core reason I’ve been putting it off. But, after a lot of thinking, I’ve come up with a few reasons.
I think my greatest aspect (and in some ways, my biggest flaw) is how thoughtful I am towards other people. I don’t think myself as a selfish person, and would much sooner have everyone around me smiling before even considering my own happiness. I actually enjoy taking the time to sit and listen to my friends when they have problems, even if I have my own. It serves as a welcome distraction, and I can make them feel better – kill two birds with one stone, right?
Meh. Is that positive enough? I hope so.
Thank you again for the nomination! As always, I am flattered.
Until next time!
Congratulations! You definitely deserve it

Writing heals the soul, and it also express your true self to the world, so it’s OK not be a perfect or a normal person. I’ve battled depression before too, and I’m managing fine. You are doing fine too. Keep it up, and congrats on your award!!!! 😀
